Recipe for Banana Mash

1/2 ripe banana
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup seasonal chopped fruit (apple, pear, nectarine, peach, plum, mango, etc.)
1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (I use soy yogurt that I make in the Instant Pot)
1 T ground flaxseed
1/2 cup berries

In a flat-bottom bowl, mash banana with a fork. Sprinkle with turmeric and ginger and mash just a little more. Add fruit and yogurt. Stir well. Sprinkle ground flaxseed over mixture. Top with berries.
