8-color warp-twined band made from two interdigitated 4-color warps

Warp A has purple, black, fuchsia, chartreuse. Warp B has navy, dark green, turquoise, gold. Note -- the shade of turquoise was bluer in the sample; otherwise same 5/2 perle cotton was used for both.

I first set up the tablets in the sample as follows:(lower half of right photo):

Diagonal lines with this set-up looked like those in the right-hand section of the original band. I then transposed the tablets so the order was as follows (upper half of right photo):

B A B A B A A B A B A B

Then the design came out looking like the left-hand section of the original.
